The Greenlight Process
We Don't Accept Films. We Greenlight Universes.
Step 01
Concept Submission
Submit your world concept: a 1–2 paragraph universe description, a narrative arc summary, visual references, intended runtime (8–20 minutes), and your AI tool stack. We evaluate the scale of your imagination.
Step 02
Storyboard & Treatment
Approved concepts advance to a 5–10 scene breakdown, emotional tone definition, and cinematic approach documentation. This is where your universe proves it has the depth to expand.
Step 03
Greenlight & Agreement
Selected treatments enter the licensing agreement phase. NCMG Studios licenses exclusive streaming rights for 12–24 months. You retain your underlying IP. We provide distribution, marketing, and platform authority.
Step 04
Final Film Delivery
You execute the approved vision. We review the final cut for adherence to cinematic standards. Upon approval, your film joins the inaugural NCMG Studios slate.

Every submission is evaluated against a standardized matrix. A minimum score of 80% is required for greenlight approval.

Your concept must present a fully realized universe with the potential for serialized expansion. We are building franchises, not films.
